When you are ready to check out and complete your purchase, you will be asked to create your Music Dispatch account. You'll be asked to complete the following information:
E-mail and password: We'll need your e-mail address so that we can send your order confirmation, and your password will allow you to access and change your account information.
Shipping information: We'll need your name and shipping address in order to ship your purchase to you.
Credit card information: Please fill out your credit card type, number, expiration date, and billing zip code so that we can approve and complete your purchase.
Shipping and handling: Here's where we'll calculate your shipping charges. You can also change your shipping method here.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without
notice. We currently accept VISA , MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN
EXPRESS for online purchases. We do not charge your credit card
until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject
to verification and acceptance before shipping.
Local sales tax is applicable in the following U.S. States: Wisconsin
and Minnesota.
You can call in your order Monday-Friday,
8:30 a.m.- 8 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. Central Time. Please
have the quantity of each item, the item's name or title, and the
eight-digit item number ready, along with your credit card account
number and expiration date.

Please note that Music Dispatch customer service representatives
are not Fender® employees and are unable to answer questions
regarding guitars, amplifiers, etc. For Fender® information,

If for some reason you are not satisfied
with any of the products you order from Fender Players Club (except
used strings), simply return them in good condition within 30 days
for a full refund! That's how sure we are that you will enjoy our
products.

You may return anything purchased from us
in good condition (except used strings!) within 30 days of receipt
if you are not completely satisfied. Please include a note telling
us why you are returning it and how you would like us to handle
the return: exchange, replace or credit, etc. Also include your
order number (if possible), the name with which the original order
was placed and your address, telephone number and email address
in case we have questions and need to contact you. If you wish
to make an exchange for items of higher value, include your credit
card information for billing. Please do not send cash or checks!
Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.
If the item is no longer available, we will credit your credit card.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless we made an
error on your order. If you receive the wrong item, please notify
us at custserv@musicdispatch.com
before making the return, or call toll-free at 1-800-321-3408 and
ask for Music Dispatch Customer Service (Mon. - Fri. 8:00 am - 5:00
pm, Central Time).
